Northwood FC Awards 2010
John Christian and Michael Peacock take the main trophies
The club's awards and presentations event was brought back "home" to the club this year and a great day was had by all on Sunday 23rd May. John Christian collected the Players' Player of Year trophy for the second year running, and this time he was also awarded the Manager's Player of the Year. Michael Peacock made more first team appearances than any other player during the season, and he was deservedly named Supporters' Player of the Year. Scott Orphanou's thirteen goals earned him the Top Goalscorer trophy, whilst Will Hudson was named Most Promising Player of the Year. Defender Sam Phillips was named Reserves Player of the Year, Chris Calaby won the Third Team Player of the Year trophy, and Jack Dodds collected the Allied Counties team's Player of the Year award. Many thanks to Ian Barry, who did a great job in organising the event.
