Having lost their first Allied Counties League game of the season at Rayners Lane 2-1, the Woods youngsters looked to get back to winning ways at Wembley but again they were unable to get all three points as they were held to a 2-2 draw by the Lions.
On an excellent surface at Vale Farm, the Woods were 2-1 up at the break thanks to goals from Sarin Thapa and Jeremy Scholz but they were pegged back in the second-half and had to settle for a share of the points.
