Northwood and Hillingdon British Legion shared the Middlesex League points in a goal-less draw at Northwood Park on Easter Monday.

Nigel Franklin, the Northwood marksman, spurned a great chance of winning the game when he missed a penalty five minutes from time.

Northwood: Kessell, Harland, Mills, Harman, Heslop, Tidd, Franklin, Pearce, Clarke, Stone, Cooper.

Don Dibbens hit his old goalscoring form for Northwood on Saturday when he hit a hat-trick in the 5-2 rout of Mill End reserves in the Middlesex League first division. Two goals down in 20 minutes, Dibbens led the Northwood rally, Roche and Roberts also netting.
