NORTHWOOD REMAIN UNBEATEN
NORTHWOOD 4 NORTHOLT 1
Northwood kept their unbeaten record with a good win over a lively Northolt outfit, but took a little time to settle down.
After 15 minutes centre-forward D. Byrne ran onto a through ball from his brother D. Byrne, and rounded the centre-half before scoring.
Northolt hit back. One shot hit the bar and other attacks were smothered by a solid Northwood defence. However, Byrne scored a second goal after a shot by Perry was blocked.
Northolt reduced their arrears early in the second half, but their joy was short-lived. First Rogers converted a Godley pass, and with Northwood in full control, Byrne completed his hat-trick, nodding home a Saunders cross.
