Striker

Making his first team debut at 16, Gary had various spells at the club as he flirted with the chance of a professional career - nearly being taken on at Southampton - but unfortunately he lacked the dedication required in the pro game.

He was a product of Woods' youth set-up and was a very talented striker, having spells with other local clubs including Harefield and Edgware but always returned to Northwood. Gary played for Northwood Vets for many years, but tragically passed away when only in his mid-forties.
