Young forward Femi impressed in the Under 18s during 2017-18, and was rewarded by a dozen senior appearances towards the end of the season.

He moved to Wealdstone at the start of the following season, making 10 first team appearances, whilst playing for Hanwell Town. Femi was signed to Reading's Under 23 squad in August 2019, and made his first team debut against Sheffield Wednesday in March 2021.
