Steve, vastly experienced, arrived at Northwood in November 2021 as Director of Football, having previously held a similar position at Potters Bar Town following a stint as manager.

He had great success with Hillingdon Borough, winning promotion and reaching the FA Vase Final in 2006 before a good spell at North Greenford United. Steve has also held roles with Hemel Hempstead, Ware and the Middlesex County FA representative side.
