Tom joined the club as part of Manny Williams' management team in June 2026.

He arrived after having been with Metropolitan Police as first team coach in recent seasons.

The 41-year-old enjoyed a long career as an attacking midfielder, playing in Sierra Leone and Sweden (for Akropolis and Arameisk Syrianska) as well at here in the UK for Met. Police, Merstham, Kings Langley and Hendon.

Tom founded his own coaching academy – TK Born and Raised - which operates both here and in Sierra Leone.
