Northwood Under 18s faced what on paper looked like the toughest game on the season to date, away at second-placed Tring Athletic, and so it proved.
The home side had the better of the first half and led 2-0 at the break.
The Woods hit back in the second period, with Aiden Tarrant giving the side hope and then substitute Becaye Jabbi levelled things up.
All to play for, but it was Tring who forged ahead again but with pretty much the last kick of the game, another substitute Joe Navarro hit his first goal for the team and it ended in a 3-3 draw, and a point apiece.
