With the Woods having won the home fixture against Harrow 1-0 just five days earlier, this was always expected to be a real battle at Earlsmead and so it proved.
Once again it was the defences that were on top and Romaine Walker was shackled by the home rearguard very well.
It was midfielder Nathan McLeod this time though that popped up with what proved to be the only goal, scored seven minutes into the second half.
The Woods' defence remained strong throughout and kept a clean sheet to ensure they earned all three points and completed a quickfire double.
