The Woods' second pre-season friendly was against Spartan South Midlands League neighbours Harefield United at Brunel University.
After a goal-less opening period in which the Woods failed to make the most of a host of chances, Harefield took the lead following the re-start, but Northwood hit back to win 2-1 thanks to two goals from Meshach Williams.
