The strong Ghana-born defender had a short spell with Northwood during October and November 2006, before the lure of more money took him on to Hemel Hempstead from Northwood in December 2006.

He joined Hayes from Wealdstone, playing 125 games over three seasons before moving on to Yeading, and Yads has also played for Hillingdon Borough, Brook House and Hampton & Richmond.
