Evans, a pacy attacking player, was born in the Ivory Coast and joined the Woods from Bishop’s Stortford. His previous clubs included Billericay Town, Chelmsford City, Concord Rangers, Hayes & Yeading, Enfield Town and Kingstonian.

He later played at Wealdstone and Mildenhall Town.
