Pacy winger Abdul
joined the club in September 2007 following a short spell at Barton
Rovers, to where he moved in pre-season from Hemel
Hempstead Town.
He is 26 and spent
several seasons with Harrow Borough, and has also
played for Hayes, Hendon, Edgware Town,
Beaconsfield and Hornchurch.
