Frank played at
youth level for both Brentford and Southampton
and joined the Woods from Wembley in December
1992 at the age of just 19.
He was ever-present
for the rest of the season, a strong striker who
bagged almost 20 goals but then left the club to
pursue his ambition of obtaining a law degree.
He later appeared
for Ruislip Manor.
