The Woods didn’t have a game planned for this day, but took up a late invitation to play Edgware Town, playing for the second week running on the 3G pitch at Silver Jubilee Park.

There were a few new triallists on display and Northwood missed several good chances in the first half before Edgware built up a 2-0 lead at half-time, Mansaray scoring on both occasions.

Woods picked up the tempo and battled back in the second half with Perry Dicker soon pulling a goal back but an equaliser failed to arrive and so the game ended in a third defeat in succession.
