Striker

Ben joined Northwood in November 2004. The diminutive striker had moved into the Football League in 1999 when he transferred from Crawley Town to Oxford United for £35,000 but after a series of substitute appearances there, he moved to Southend United in October 2000.

At Roots Hall, he finished that season as their top scorer with 9 goals in 31 games but he dropped back into non-League with Stevenage Borough, Woking and Gravesend & Northfleet. Ben moved on from Woods in May 2005, later playing for Metropolitan Police, Tooting & Mitcham United and Slough Town.
