Under 8s seek new players
The club's youth teams were in action today, and you can read on this website the reports of their games.
Simply hover your mouse over the Youth Section link on the menu bar to the left, and select the team you are interested in!
Northwood FC’s Under 8 teams are interested in attracting new players to the club to play on Sunday mornings in the Watford Friendly League. Interested players and parents can come down to the club next Saturday morning, commencing 9.30am, to train and talk with our manager, Nick Reilly. Northwood FC is an FA Community Club.

Northwood Academy starts
The Northwood FC academy for young players commences on Saturday. Youngsters should meet at Northwood Park ready to start at 9.30 a.m.

Summer Soccer School returns
Northwood’s Summer Soccer School returns for the summer and will run for two weeks this year - Monday 3rd to Friday 7th August, and also Monday 24th to Friday 28th August. The format will be the same as last year, and the day will begin with drop-off time at 9.00 am, with collection time at 3.00 pm. The cost will be £20 per day, with a discounted amount of £70 for the week.

For more details and an application form to download, click here. will be available on this website shortly, and the forms will also be available in the clubhouse from the end of the week. Payment must be sent in advance to secure your place, and there will be a minimum number required for the Soccer School to go ahead.
Last year there were around 40 boys and girls attending, and we can cater for any number. Awards for the competition winners will be presented at 2.30 pm on the Fridays. Northwood’s Soccer School partner, former Chelsea legend Eddie Newton, will again be fronting the School.

Under 11s and Under 14s players sought
Richard Elderfield, the club’s Under 14s manager, is looking for new players for next season, with particular emphasis on a goalkeeper. Richard can be reached on his mobile number 07951 702514.
